Customer satisfaction is paramount to us at Two Little Witches kids art store. If you're not happy, we're not happy. In all cases we will try to ensure that all customers receive the service they deserve. In some instances it may be necessary to replace or refund damage prints.

Change of Heart

If for some reason you've changed your mind within 3 days of receipt of your order, we will be happy refund your order (less the original shipping as all businesses do) once the item has been returned to us in it's original new condition.

Customized Orders

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless defective, damaged or lost during shipping.

Damaged / Lost Orders

All damanged or lost shipments will be replaced, or in some cases refunded, at no extra cost. For damaged orders, we ask only that you send us a picture of the package as it arrived and the damaged contents for insurance purposes. If your order was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can get you a replacement shipped as soon as possible.
